Overall a good experience. The site location is excellent, close to Hosa Road and the upcoming infrastructure in the area looks promising. Plot demarcation was clear and the documentation was handled professionally. My only suggestion is that the development of common amenities could move a little faster. Would still recommend it to buyers looking for plots near Sarjapur Road.

The layout is well planned with wide internal roads and the location off Hosa Road gives easy access to both Sarjapur Road and Electronic City. The sales team was transparent about the pricing and RERA documents, no hidden charges. We plan to start construction in a couple of years.
