Don’t go with Bricks and Milestones. It is not a trustworthy developer. You can visit and see the construction. They made big promises. But the overall quality is not that great. Beautification is sub standard. There are issues with lift, power back up. They have not installed a proper WTP and STP. Fire safety equipment don’t work. The club house is not maintained. Block 3 handover started in July 2024 but it already looks very old. The sales people make false promises and say anything to sell flats. After sales service is pathetic. People like Gretta and Sunderesan lie a lot once flats are sold. Better to avoid them. Even the other project Felicity is located near a dumpyard. They have no experience of building premium apartments. So better to avoid them.
